Delivery Driver: Entry-level position responsible for all roadwork (deliveries, service calls, returns of merchandise),keeping the warehouse organized, and maintaining the delivery vehicle. Position requires routinely lifting/loading/dollying 50-300 lbs.
Customer Service Representative: Entry-level position responsible for answering phones, administrative work and helping with sales over the phone and in the store, and other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
Customer Accounts Advisor: Entry-level position that consists of collections both by phone and in the field, and helping with the delivery of furniture & appliances. Position requires routinely lifting/loading/dollying 50-300 lbs. This is a great position to start out in the business and work your way up.
Sales Manager: You won't have to deal with a lot of paperwork or worry about pre-qualifying customer. Just sell, sell, sell! We're looking for a sales associate that is confident, driven and great at developing relationships. You must be able to routinely lift 20-25 pounds without assistance.
Customer Accounts Manager: This position is often a training ground for future General Managers. Collection experience is a plus, as you would be responsible for contacting customers whose lease agreements have expired. Telephone and field contacts are daily activities for this position.
Manager Trainee: Fast-track position for those with some management experience. The goal is to prepare you to run a store in less than 12 months. Candidates for this position must produce results in the sales and customer accounts departments in order to be promoted to General Manager.
